When must linen orders be placed?

All linen orders must be placed 30 days before the event date to ensure an on-time delivery to your event location. (*See below if placing an order in less than 30 days.)

When is payment due?

All linen orders must be paid in full 2 weeks before the event date. (*See below if placing an order in less than 30 days.)

What if I have a last minute order?

Don’t panic! We can still help. Please submit your order online or call us. We will do our best to work out a delivery schedule and payment plan to fit your immediate needs.

What is the policy for damaged merchandise?

Clients are responsible for lost and damaged linens caused from candle wax, burn holes, tears/snags, ink and mold/mildew.
